Sherwin-Williams is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist in Minnesota to engage with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. The role emphasizes resolving concerns, meeting sales goals, and maintaining product quality and store standards.

Based in Woodbury at Store #703272 within a 15-mile radius, the position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, FSAs, disability and retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
