Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Minnesota. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products, and ensure satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and stocking displays. A bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs is preferred. Some evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• English and Spanish reading/writing and communication required.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with paint tinting and mixing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory control.
