Sherwin-Williams in Plymouth, MN is hiring a Full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, determine needs, and recommend products. You will process transactions, tint/mix items, stock displays, and support delivery operations while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix to customer specs.
