The role involves in-person and phone interactions, cash handling, inventory upkeep, and may require driving to multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products according to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries when required.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and knowledge of products offered.
