Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, understand English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction with excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products/services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders; pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean, in-stock areas and stay knowledgeable about products.
