Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #705349 in North East, MD. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend right solutions while maintaining high store standards.

You will process sales, handle transactions, stock displays, assist with deliveries, and stay knowledgeable about product features.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and related documentation.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
