Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Audubon, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help customers with product questions, drive store sales, and maintain high visual and service standards. You will handle transactions, stock shelves, and assist with deliveries as needed.

Requirements include 18+, English and Spanish literacy, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Evening/weekend availability is expected; internal employees should meet performance and HR Cloud

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to read/write/communicate in English
• Able to read/write/communicate in Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of meets expectations (3) requested
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position (internal candidates)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers
• Assist in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventories
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed
• Unload/load delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as required
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options and comply with inventory procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
