Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while maintaining store visuals.

The position involves handling sales transactions, stocking displays, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and weekend/evening availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
