Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to maximize satisfaction. You will work in stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #7071, 4418 N Shepherd Dr, Houston, TX 77018-4508, and help meet monthly and yearly sales goals while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read/write English and Spanish; communicate effectively.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff must meet performance expectations and complete HR eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service and achieve store goals.
