Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. You will ensure high customer satisfaction and help meet store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, and staying up-to-date on product features. Position supports store operations within a 15-mile radius of Store #7022 in Houston.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Assist in deliveries and stock management as needed.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays arranged, and maintain product knowledge.
