Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Baytown, TX is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly, stay current on product features, and maintain high store standards while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions, stocking and tinting, and potential delivery support.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products per customer specs.
Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
