Main Street, and provide friendly service, process transactions accurately, stock displays, and support deliveries while maintaining safety and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English; Spanish proficiency required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating or HR training requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventories.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Support deliveries by loading/unloading; assist as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and promote available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales and ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.
