Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 20 mile radius of Store #1177 in Wyoming, MI. You will assist customers, answer product questions, and drive service excellence while helping meet store sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and maintaining shop standards. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and work areas.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
