Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, determine needs, and present suitable products. You will help drive sales while maintaining product displays and ensuring accuracy of transactions at Store #701125 in Kalamazoo.

The role requires English and Spanish literacy, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Availability for evenings/weekends is preferred, and prior retail or paint-supply experience

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain and organize work orders and stock on shelves.
