Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers across multiple local store locations in Northville, MI. You will assist on the sales floor and over the phone, determine customer needs, and recommend the right products and services to ensure satisfaction.

You will handle transactions, maintain displays, and support deliveries and store operations, while striving to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English; and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately in line with store policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist deliveries and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and clean store equipment.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
