Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Rep to increase market share in Florida. The role focuses on servicing existing customers and expanding the account base through cold calling and targeted territory development.

You will conduct weekly sales calls, prepare reports, develop monthly travel calendars, analyze top accounts, and negotiate displays with dealers, contractors, and builders. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of prior selling experience.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly sales calls servicing existing customers and cold calling potential customers.
• Prepare weekly Sales and Call reports.
• Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and create a monthly travel calendar.
• Analyze area market to identify top accounts and determine sales strategy.
• Grow market share while maintaining product margins.
• Complete Positive Action Forms for successful displays or sales.
• Perform client follow-ups via phone, letters, or emails.
• Provide PK seminars to customers.
• Utilize On Demand reporting to meet sales objectives.
