Job summary

Florida Tile Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote and specify Florida Tile products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and designers.

You will act as a business consultant to drive selling efficiency and market growth within your territory. You will be responsible for target account development, product displays, and introducing new programs while maintaining knowledge of SAP and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Target and develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects, designers and other channels.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales budgets to achieve annual goals.
• Set up product displays and adjust as needed.
• Introduce company programs and new product introductions.
• Assess competitors and compile product catalogs and spec sheets.
