Job summary

Amazon Hose and Rubber, a SunSource company, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive hose and fitting solutions in South Florida. You will own a territory, develop sales plans, and prospect new business while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with 3+ years in hose, hydraulic, or construction sales preferred. BA/BS in Business or Engineering preferred; valid license and travel within the territory may be necessary.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in business development or sales—hose, hydraulic, or construction industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel within the sales territory; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for hydraulic and industrial hose solutions.
• Manage your own territory and grow your customer base.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to capture new business and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct full-cycle prospecting: cold calls, lead qualification, and sales presentations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored hose and fitting solutions.
• Utilize CRM and other tools to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory efficiently.
