Job summary

Flow Components & Industrial Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative in Florida to drive revenue growth in industrial gaskets and hoses. You will identify customer needs, build lasting relationships with manufacturers and industrial clients, and deliver tailored product solutions.

You will travel within your territory, conduct on-site assessments, and present clear, compelling sales proposals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role in industrial or manufacturing sales.
Strong knowledge of gaskets, hoses, or other industrial equipment preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their gasket and hose needs.
Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and close sales opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on territory performance, including sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging customer demands.
