Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales professional to own and grow a Miami, FL territory. You’ll build strong customer relationships, hunt new business, and provide technical solutions across fluid control and handling products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of outside sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills. Travel throughout the territory is required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years outside/field sales or account management with a proven track record.
• Industrial sales experience in fluid control, filtration, or handling is a plus.
• Strong hunter mentality with relationship-building and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory by strengthening existing accounts and pursuing new business.
• Build relationships and uncover customer needs for products and solutions.
• Drive sales growth through prospecting, customer visits, demos, and training.
• Develop a weekly plan with minimum 5 sales calls per day.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in ACS (minimum 3 times per week).
• Partner with Inside Sales, the RSM, and team members to win business.
