Job summary

Welsh and Associates in Miami is seeking a Territory Sales Representative specializing in hydraulic and industrial hoses to manage and grow the Miami-Dade territory by developing new business and re-engaging existing customers.

You will work directly with clients to provide hose and fitting solutions, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth, with a base salary of $65K–$75K, uncapped commission, car allowance, full benefits, and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Requirements include 5 years in industrial sales, knowledge of hose applications, experience with industrial or construction clients, strong communication skills, independence in the field, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
