Pasona Inc. (United States) in Michigan seeks an Outside Sales Representative fluent in Japanese and English to manage and grow relationships with existing automotive OEMs and suppliers.

This role focuses on relationship management rather than cold-calling, with travel to customer sites as needed. You will coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, monitor programs, and present products and services to key accounts.

Competenze

• Expert-level proficiency in Japanese and Business level in English is required.
• College degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, including automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other manufacturing companies.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to understand customer needs and maintain strong business relationships.
• Monitor the progress of current and future customer programs and projects.
• Communicate with Japanese expatriates and Japanese-speaking contacts at customer organizations to gather business information and identify upcoming opportunities.
• Present and promote products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer inquiries, concerns, and project requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support sales planning, goal setting, and performance tracking.
• Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor developments.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market information for management.
• Continuously improve customer service and sales activities based on management feedback.
