Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B sales.
• Business-level Japanese and English required.
• Proven ability to manage major accounts and develop new business.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, and visits.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Understand customers' transportation and supply chain needs and propose logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with forwarding, warehousing, customs, and other internal teams.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Address service issues with internal follow-up and corrective actions.
• Maintain sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with offices in Japan and other countries to support multinational accounts.
