Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive who is fluent in English and Japanese to grow our client base and build strategic partnerships in the U.S.

This role requires outbound outreach, proposal development, and the ability to translate business needs into compelling solutions. You will manage relationships with government and professional services firms, develop sales strategies, and maintain CRM accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Three years of service development / sales experience is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Expand the customer pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, including networking and market intelligence gathering.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in local communities to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth.
• Execute sales activities for talent acquisition, outsourcing, consulting, and other new services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding goals and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and reporting documents.
• Manage contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating signatures.
