Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. You will work to help customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals; some non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, or HS Diploma with 3+ years of relevant sales/Restaurant management experience.
• Bi-Lingual is preferred.
• Strong ability to build trust and customer loyalty; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Qualify prospects and follow account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services to meet them.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Manage deliveries and resolve order issues per routing schedules.
• Attend meetings and participate in training and promotions.
