Job summary

Sysco is seeking an outside Sales professional to promote our products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts. This role focuses on helping Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals, with non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HS/GED with 3 years restaurant management, B2B or outside sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual preferred in a global sales environment.
• Restaurant management or outside sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable growth within the assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Attend sales and district meetings and participate in training sessions.
