Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to grow our restaurant and foodservice accounts in the assigned territory. You will promote Sysco products, build lasting relationships, and coordinate delivery and service to help customers succeed while meeting sales goals.

The role requires occasional non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and BI-LINGUAL capabilities. Competitive base pay with bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR
• 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-Lingual preferred; Restaurant Management or Chef experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Evaluate market trends and advise customers on products and prices.
• Drive personal vehicle to accounts, events, and meetings.
• Manage deliveries per routing schedules and resolve order issues.
