Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Identify patient needs and verify information provided.
• Research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Enter patient information into EMR; obtain and verify patient demographics.
• Update existing patient information.
• Scan documents into the patient’s electronic chart.
• Schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and co-payments.
