Redzone, the Connected Workforce unit within QAD, seeks a senior operations leader to drive Lean transformations using Redzone software and coaching. You will partner with frontline teams and executives to boost productivity and employee engagement across manufacturing sites in the United States.

Responsibilities include coaching 5-7 customers through 90-day deployments, running huddles, kaizen events, and tracking performance data; you will deliver executive overviews and travel up to 80%

Qualifications

• Requires English/French fluency, senior ops leadership, and OEE experience.
