Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join the Monee, IL-based Operations Team. The role focuses on staffing coordination, onboarding, and supporting site operations with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

As a full-time position, you will work with the Site Manager to ensure staffing needs are met, coordinate recruiting activities, and support employee recognition programs, using the KBSPresence timekeeping system.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where required).
• Navigation and data entry into a tablet-based application.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize; complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels and communicate hiring needs to the KBS Talent Acquisition Team.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site with the KBS TA Team.
• Assist the Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating orientations.
• Assist in facilitating employee recognition programs.
• Act as a point of contact to resolve issues using resources within KBS.
• Maintain training and supervisor files.
• Assist Site Manager with policy compliance.
