Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join the Operations Team. This full-time role supports staffing coordination, onboarding, orientations, and employee recognition in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with KBSPresence for timekeeping and training information.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Navigation and data entry into a tablet-based application.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels and communicate needs to TA team.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the site with the TA team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating orientations.
• Assist in recognizing employee achievements.
• Maintain training and supervisor files.
• Assist with policy compliance.
