The position involves scheduling, employee recognition, and acting as a liaison for site issues. Starting pay is $19.18 per hour, with benefits and timekeeping through KBSPresence, in a fast-paced workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English (may include Spanish where state requirement).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Navigation and data entry into a tablet-based application.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to meet staffing levels and communicate needs to Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site with the TA team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating orientations.
• Assist in employee recognition programs.
• Serve as a point of contact to resolve issues with resources within KBS.
• Maintain training and supervisor files.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
