Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking an Operations Support Specialist / Bilingual Operations Coordinator to aid our field operations team across onboarding, staffing, and orientation functions while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires partnering with Site Managers, communicating hiring needs to the Talent Acquisition Team, maintaining training records, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/operating documents in English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with tablet-based data entry and timekeeping apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and hiring needs with the Site Manager and TA team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees.
• Support orientation scheduling and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain training and supervisor files and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact to resolve issues with appropriate resources.
