The position focuses on coordinating staffing, onboarding, orientations, and employee recognition while ensuring policy compliance and accurate timekeeping via KBSPresence.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of data entry on tablet-based apps, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals (primarily in English).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Navigation and data entry into tablet-based apps.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels and communicate hiring needs to TA Team.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site with TA Team.
• Assist in onboarding of new employees and in scheduling/orientations.
• Assist in employee recognition programs and serve as point of contact for issues.
• Maintain training and supervisor files; ensure policy compliance.
