You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, to assist with staffing, onboarding, orientations, and employee programs while ensuring policy compliance and clear communication with site leadership.

We value reliability and a proactive approach to safety, accuracy in timekeeping, and the ability to work across shifts as needed in a fast-paced facility services environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety-related documents (primarily in English).
• Proficient in data entry on tablet-based applications.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts and communicate with TA team.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and orientations.
• Help maintain training records and compliance with policies.
• Support employee recognition programs and handle inquiries.
