Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to join the operations team in a fast-paced setting. You will partner with the Site Manager to ensure staffing, coordinate recruiting, and assist with onboarding, orientations, and recognition programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining training and supervisor files and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English to support a diverse workforce.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities for scheduling and records.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels are met and hiring needs are communicated to the TA team.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site with the TA team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees and orientations.
• Support employee recognition programs and resolve staffing questions.
• Maintain training records and supervisor files; ensure policy compliance.
