Job summary

Covered California in Sacramento is seeking a Bilingual Service Center Representative to join the Business Operations team. In this role you will directly assist consumers with enrollment in health coverage while gaining experience with information systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience entering information into systems, databases, or forms.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines while supporting English and Spanish speaking consumers.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience interpreting laws, regulations, policies, and procedures in public health or government programs is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel to support program operations.
