Job summary

Covered California in Sacramento is seeking a Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative to support bilingual Spanish/English customer interactions within the Service Center Business Operations team.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with an 8am–5pm schedule, and includes monthly pay differentials for telework, bilingual fluency, and call-center duties. New hires start at the minimum salary with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, processing, and accurately entering information into systems, databases, or forms.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and complete accurate work within strict deadlines while supporting English and Spanish speaking consumers or stakeholders.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to explain complex information and provide effective bilingual customer service.
• Experience interpreting and applying laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, preferably in public health, health care, or related government programs.
• Demonstrated ability to organize work, maintain accurate records, and use Outlook, Word, and Excel to support program operations.
