Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an Operations Recruiter / HR Generalist (Bilingual English/Spanish) for a distribution center. You will lead high-volume recruiting for hourly, warehouse, operations, and management roles while providing general HR support to employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish with a track record in high-volume recruitment, community outreach, and working with ATS and MS Office. Experience in distribution or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for hourly/entry-level roles.
• Background in distribution, warehousing, or operations environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor market and sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to build community relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly operations, warehouse, and management roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for high-volume and seasonal hiring.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through community outreach, referrals, job fairs, and networks.
• Establish relationships with local organizations to expand candidate reach, incl. Spanish-speaking communities.
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies to support seasonal workforce needs.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and work with managers to meet staffing objectives.
• Monitor needs and adjust sourcing strategies based on labor market conditions.
