Potpourri Group seeks a dynamic Bilingual English/Spanish HR Recruiter/Generalist to join the HR Team onsite at our Distribution Center in Littleton. The role focuses on high-volume hourly recruiting for Operations and Littleton locations.

You will build diverse talent pools, collaborate with external agencies, and support general HR tasks to ensure staffing needs are met. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with knowledge of modern recruiting trends and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Prior high-volume, fast-paced recruiting experience, especially for hourly roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to support a diverse workforce.
• Knowledge of current labor laws to ensure compliant recruitment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts for Operations and Littleton location hourly and management positions.
• Source and attract candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods; build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with external recruiting agencies to supplement seasonal hiring.
• Ensure onsite recruitment support to maintain workforce levels at the distribution center.
