The Nagler Group is seeking an Operations Recruiter / HR Generalist (Bilingual English/Spanish) for a distribution center. You will lead high-volume recruiting for hourly, warehouse, operations, and management roles while providing general HR support to employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish with a track record in high-volume recruitment, community outreach, and working with ATS and MS Office. Experience in distribution or related fields is a plus.

Operations Recruiter / HR Generalist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Position Summary

A distribution center is seeking a proactive, bilingual Operations Recruiter / HR Generalist to join its Human Resources team. This individual will lead high-volume recruiting efforts for hourly, warehouse, operations, and management positions while providing general HR support to employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful recruiter who understands the local labor market and has experience attracting entry-level and hourly talent, particularly within the Spanish-speaking community. Success in this role requires initiative, creativity, and the ability to build relationships within the community, develop new sourcing channels, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates beyond traditional job postings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly operations, warehouse, and management positions.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for high-volume and seasonal hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through community outreach, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Establish relationships with community organizations and local resources to expand candidate reach, particularly within the Spanish-speaking population.
• Partner with external staffing agencies to support seasonal workforce demands.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing objectives.
• Monitor recruiting needs and adjust sourcing strategies based on labor market conditions and hiring priorities.

Human Resources Support

• Assist the onsite HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
• Provide English/Spanish translation and communication assistance to employees and management.
• Support employee relations and other HR initiatives as needed.
• Ensure recruiting and HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Participate in additional HR projects and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
• Previous high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly recruiting hourly or entry-level employees.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or other operations-focused environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of local labor market conditions and effective recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates through community outreach, networking, and creative recruiting methods.
• Established community contacts or experience building relationships with local organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing hiring needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.

Annual Salary: $62,000–$67,000, depending on experience.
