Job summary

Santa Monica Seafood Company is seeking a Recruiter - Bilingual English/Spanish for our Rancho Dominguez headquarters. This hybrid role supports recruiting for warehouse, production, delivery, administrative and other operational roles across the business.

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, manage the full life cycle, and guide candidates from first contact through onboarding with professionalism and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; able to interview in both languages.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, production, transportation, logistics, or similar operational roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple departments and locations.
• Draft and post job advertisements using the company's ATS tools.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, community contacts, walk‑ins, and job fairs.
• Conduct bilingual phone screens and initial interviews in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and extend offers within approved pay ranges.
• Coordinate post‑offer steps, including background checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring records in Taleo and HR systems.
