Job summary

HireFinderRPO in Houston, TX seeks a bilingual Junior Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for open roles. Prior staffing industry experience is preferred but not required; Spanish fluency is a must.

You will conduct screenings, coordinate onboarding, maintain relationships with clients and field staff, and keep ATS/CRM data current while supporting daily branch operations to meet hiring goals.

Candidates with experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments such as retail or restaurants would also be considered strong fits. Spanish fluency remains a requirement.
