IMS People is seeking a Field Recruiter for an on-site 4-month contract in Groveport, OH. The role focuses on attracting top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to enable prompt hires.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting and staffing experience, the ability to manage multiple clients daily, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with diverse candidate pools.

Responsabilités

• Meet with your team to brainstorm recruitment strategies and attract great candidates.

Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.

You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates.

Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart.

Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities.

Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.

As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

Recruiting & staffing experience a plus!

Ability to manage multiple clients on a daily basis.

Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

Bilingual (Spanish & English).
