Staff-Force Personnel Services in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced bilingual recruiter to join our team. You will manage high-volume recruitment for warehouse, manufacturing, clerical, and light industrial roles, screening and placing qualified candidates across multiple client needs.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have staffing agency experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Remote or high-volume staffing experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Manage high-volume recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, clerical, and light industrial roles.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Communicate staffing needs with clients.
• Meet daily and weekly recruiting and placement goals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Assist with recruiting events and job fairs.
