Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Bilingual Operations Coordinator / Operations Support Specialist for a full-time role in Stoughton, MA. The position involves coordinating staffing, onboarding, and site operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and proficient with tablet-based data entry and timekeeping tools. Starting pay is $19.80 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals (English; may include Spanish where required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels and coordinate with KBS Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts and onboarding for the designated site.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and orientations.
• Facilitate employee recognition programs and act as a primary questions contact.
• Maintain training and supervisor files and ensure policy compliance.
• Support site with daily operations and data entry in tablet-based systems.
