Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Operations Team in Stoughton, MA. This full-time role supports Site Managers, coordinates recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling, and serves as a point of contact for staff to resolve issues.

The position requires bilingual Spanish/English, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with tablet-based data entry.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals (primarily in English).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Navigate and enter data into tablet-based applications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Complete routine reports and stay compliant with policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels meet needs.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts and liaise with KBSPresence/TA teams.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding and orientations.
• Assist in scheduling, employee recognition programs, and related tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for questions or issues and route to appropriate resources.
• Maintain training records and supervisor files; ensure policy compliance.
