Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring an Operations Support Specialist for our Fort Wayne site. This full-time role supports the site manager with staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of employee activities. The position requires bilingual Spanish/English abilities and comfort with tablet-based systems.

Starting pay is $19 per hour. The role involves daily interaction with the site team, adherence to safety policies, and utilization of the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents (English/Spanish where required).
• Navigation and data entry into a tablet-based application.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Ability to complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels are met and hiring needs communicated to TA team.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the designated site with TA.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and scheduling orientations.
• Facilitate employee recognition programs.
• Serve as point of contact to resolve questions with resources within KBS.
• Maintain training and supervisor files and assist with policy compliance.
