Job summary

SURGE Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Workforce Manager (English and Spanish) in Shepherdsville, KY. The role focuses on delivering high quality service to customers and temporaries by matching skills to needs, supervising staff, and expanding business opportunities.

Work hours are 3:00pm–12:00am, with duties spanning client relations, onboarding, and performance coaching. The position requires strong bilingual communication, supervisory experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred
• Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years previous experience in a customer service industry required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching skills to customer needs
• Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service
• Supervises one or more Workforce Staffing Specialists as needed
• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer to fill orders with quality placements
• Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees
• Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance and coach as needed
• Reconcile invoices and monitor profitability of client accounts
• Produce management reports and ensure adherence to company policies
