Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Supervisor to coordinate on-site staffing for a major client, ensuring effective matching of temporaries to needs. The role emphasizes high-quality service to clients and employees, with potential supervision of On-site Staffing Specialists.

Responsibilities include admin tasks, attendance monitoring, workers’ comp processing, and invoice reconciliation, with hours Monday–Friday 2pm–11pm. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish and English.
• These requirements include supervisory or managerial background.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Meet temporary help and training needs by matching skills to customer requirements.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers and temporaries.
• Develop and retain business through outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks to support quality service and performance; may supervise On-site Staffing Specialists.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process Workers’ Compensation claims and reconcile invoices from vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
